Q: so i really like this guy but he never notices me....i NEED help

A: Well first try and meet some of his friends "don't leave your old ones" but try and get into his network so that way you can be introduced or you can introduce yourself.Next start by waving to him in the hallways or smiling at him when you see one another.and try to have a conversation when your with a group of friends. "remember start off slow and work your way up" finally once you guy have became friends and its looking well you can start flirting.
